I’m a medical student in Tübingen interested in women’s (mental) health and gynaecology. One year ago, I drafted a summarizing paper on maternal brain alterations during pregnancy under supervision of Prof. Dr. Tobias Kaufmann. Since I was amazed by research on women’s health and pregnancy, I was invited to join the research group for my doctoral thesis. In this longitudinal study, I will conduct questionnaires on women’s mental health after having experienced pregnancy loss. On top of that, I am eager to find out how their individual support background affects symptoms of depression, stress and anxiety.
